Curious to see how you'd be implementing this on-chain. Will keep an eye out on the metadata. Also, would this be decentralized or would this have a centralized DB? The last steem chat ended up being more centralized than we'd all like it to be.

    not onchain but on firestore. chat will be used for special purpose for the AVLE dapp.
