Hi all. Today I decided to share these photos with you. Dahlias are beautiful long-flowering plants of the Aster family. Dahlias are native to the mountainous regions of Mexico. Once upon a time, the roots of this flower were eaten by the ancient Aztecs. In Europe, the taste of the plant was not appreciated, but the amazing beauty and grace of the flower everyone liked. Dahlias are thermophilic plants. It is better to plant them on flat areas with a weak southern slope. Plants should not be planted in low areas where cold air collects during frosts, which leads to an early cessation of plant vegetation in the fall.

Good photography and information, Mexican friends always use many plants for their gastronomy. I am amazed at how they look for their properties. On some occasions I have tried guacamoles prepared with exotic flowers without knowing it and I liked them. thanks for sharing
