Thank you for taking part in The Diary Game on Steem, and for this very good summary post.
The weekly summary posts are optional.
You won't gain any extra points for them - but you can get extra upvotes.
Each day there are up to 10 points available - 1 to 5 for the quality of the content, and 0 to 5 for the social media promotion.
The 'content points' will reflect approximately the amount of upvote received, and the 'promotion points' will reflect the number of places the post is shared, how many followers, likes, shares etc you get on your social networks.
Additionally there are the various bonus points available - more details on those were in Saturday's update.
Hope that helps explain the scoring system better.
There are now nearly 100 people that have joined the game, so we are still catching up with all the curation.
We should finish that tonight and then we will be putting out the latest Leaderboard. You have a very good position on it!

Now there are 100 participants in the game, which is a lot.
And I understand how much time you spend checking all the posts.
I'm very sorry for that.
However, I continue to invite other participants who left Steemit earlier.
But now they are coming back, thanks to your competition.
