Today I would like together with @bambuka submit the Application for Community Curator Team in January 26 in the name of our team "The Quest Team"

The beneficiaries are set as follows:

To be curator and to be able to identify users whose posts deserve support through Community curator accounts is one of the responsible jobs. Luckily it is transparent and everyone can see what kind of job others do, our goals:

• to visit as many communities as possible and to support many interesting contests and raise the participation of users

• we would like to make sure that the votes of curator teams are equally distributed and one user receives not more than max. 3 times upvotes a week

• we will judge the posts on quality and % of Upvote will depend of originality, creativity and just on the good content of posts

• we will not concentrate our Curation on certain Country, Region or Nationality for us everyone is the same

My journey on Steemit started 2018. In real life, I've mastered several professions, but I'm now retired. My basic training includes naval engineering, rescue work, and diver training. I also hold degrees in psychology and patent law. I've worked in all of these professions at various times and have practical experience. I currently enjoy photography and wood carving. Initially I was posting and commenting, learning people around later on I joined "World of Xpilar" as an user and later on as moderator. I organised few projects but also multiple contests such as:

• For Newcomers in WOX community I run "Support Program* when I helped new users with advise and guidance
