My ArtVenture: Watercolor painting: "After Rain"
Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,
Last couple of days it is cloudy and on and off raining, especially nights. nevertheless we still enjoying warm temperature, for us coming from North it is still nice and warm.
Due to those rainy days I have more time for painting and I decided to reflect a bit such mood, pier witht he boats on shore and after rain.

I like watercolors, and boating always makes me think of freedom.
I feel like people who can jump in their boat and go anywhere are really free.

Absolutely agree with you @shortsegments, feeling the fresh breeze and the smell of seaweed mixed with salt that reminds me the adventure stories from childhood. I find watercolor is very good for such sea motifs. Thank you for your nice comment :)

I like how you showed the steps to your watercolor. I have dabbled in watercolor and enjoy it very much, but since I was never taught, I am often unsure if I'm doing it right. Haha.
Thank you Breanna for your nice comments. I started to capture the steps initially just to prove that the work is mine but lately it helps me to return and analyse what I have done and how and possibly to change something next time. Watercolor is very tricky medium but if you have an interest, I would suggest just keep exploring it :)
