Maybe that is a reason why we recall the time when we were children with warmest emotions and happiness. It is the time when we easily made friends and the life was so easy. Good that on and off we still meet people who are kind and open and ready for help. Adolescence, makes many of us selfish, egoistic and we often forget that it is not the main goal of our life.
