Yes, you are right. I remember I saw an acocunt in the past that was posting just a photo and otherwise no text but the photo was really great and it was a shame that people did not see that. Then I dropped a comment and explain that it would be good to have something written on post, the user was completely surprised that someone is talking to him and slowly changed the way of posting but also became more active. Now he has more than 5K Steem Power. It is sometimes that we can help others to remain on platform by giving advise and also we were happy to have such active user :)
