Hey @fijimermaid, I am really pleased to see that you are so active recently, that is why I was wondering if you would like to apply for next time for Community curator program or @steemitblog. There is a group of 7 so you do not need to do daily curation with such SCXX account and I know that you would really great in encouraging and supporting users :)
I just finished reading the latest community curator program post…that something I might consider. I did take the last post that you wrote to heart…about commenting and engaging. If I was going to participate in the community curation program…then I would want to make sure I was commenting on at least five posts a day beforehand and consistently, just to know if I had the time and discipline to do it, because we all have day jobs…and I don't want to neglect my wife, I'll be in big trouble, hehe :)
I appreciate the people that actually take the time to engage here as much as they do, like you. Actually, that's a big reason why art is much easier to comment on than “reading posts,” because, you know, you have to read it, and that takes much more time. A picture is worth a thousand words, and you don't have to read 1000 words to appreciate it :)
I am trying to engage more on steemit, I do like it here, and people are very nice. So I will give careful thought to the community creation program.
I know what you mean and that was something that we were doing for last 2 years with Steemcurator account initially and then with Booming. That takes a lot of time. But with new SC accounts then you do curate only once a week, so that is already easy.
But of course it is yourself who should decide. I also love commenting on Art as that usually says for itself.You will still have enough time to think about because September one is already started :)
