Yes, it is strange here with the Handymen, it was the same with roofer when after his work when he gave us waranty for 10 years but about 3 or 4 years later when we called, he was not able to come and do repair. I stopped being surprised and getting agitated, it is not good for nerves. We just take it easy and just do majority of work ourselves.
