The World of XPILAR - B&W PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #102 ~Leave a Mark
This is my entry for B&W photography and art contest week hosted by @axeman.
People just like to leave a mark, engrave their name in wood and concrete or leave their paws as a sign. Such behavior of people dates back to early school days.
Even though we are adults now, we sometimes act like little children.
On the island on every concrete pier we can see the signatures of the people who built that dock even the year they were built.
But some are not even aware that they have left a mark and that is dogs.
Unlike us, they are not aware that they have left a mark that will last for many years.

It is nice to study such prints every time it makes me think what people thought when did it.

It’s like when an artist finishes his work and then signs, so in these concrete works when the waterfront is made everyone who worked is signing and the date they made it. Except for children and animals, they like to leave traces and signatures on other people's works.
