Today I would like to tell you about a small trip I made in Istanbul.
I live in Istanbul. However, I cannot visit such a historically beautiful place because of the workload and the crowd.
I will share some photos from my Sultanahmet trip in Istanbul's Fatih district.
First of all, I would like to say that this place has a very beautiful historical past.
Sultanahmet was built by one of the Ottoman sultans, Ahmet I. Due to the intense blue color of the tiles inside the mosque, the name of this mosque was called the "Blue Mosque" by the Europeans.

Hagia Sophia is an important building for both Muslims and Christians. Hagia Sophia was built as a cathedral during the Byzantine Empire. Then it became a mosque during the Ottoman period.
It served as a museum for many years. The first morning prayer was held here in 2016.
Hagia Sophia has been used as both a mosque, a museum and a church since the day it was built. Thus, it has hosted multiple cultures and religions.
You can make a cultural trip here. Because there is not only mosque or Hagia Sophia. There are museums, there are bazaars, there are restaurants. It's a nice place to visit and learn something.
We came here by tram. When we get off at the Sultanahmet stop, we arrive directly at the mosque.

Bugün sizlere İstanbul'da yaptığım küçük bir geziden bahsetmek istiyorum.
İstanbulda yaşıyorum. Ancak bu kadar tarihi güzellikteki bir yeri iş yoğunluğu ve kalabalıktan dolayı ziyaret edemiyorum.
İstanbul'un Fatih semtindeki Sultanahmet gezimden bazı fotoğrafları paylaşacağım.
Öncelikle buranın çok güzel bir tarihi geçmişi olduğunu söylemek isterim.
Sultanahmet, Osmanlı padişahlarından I. Ahmet tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Caminin içindeki çinilerin yoğun mavi renginden dolayı bu caminin adı Avrupalılar tarafından "Mavi Cami" olarak adlandırılmıştır.

Ayasofya hem Müslümanlar hem de Hristiyanlar için önemli bir yapıdır. Ayasofya, Bizans İmparatorluğu döneminde bir katedral olarak inşa edilmiştir. Daha sonra Osmanlı döneminde cami olmuştur.
Uzun yıllar müze olarak hizmet vermiştir. 2016 yılında ilk sabah namazı burada kılındı.
Ayasofya yapıldığı günden itibaren hem cami, hem müze hem de kilise olarak kullanılmıştır. Böylece birçok kültüre ve dine ev sahipliği yapmıştır.
Burada bir kültür gezisi yapabilirsiniz. Çünkü sadece cami ya da Ayasofya yoktur. Müzeler var, çarşılar var, restoranlar var. Ziyaret etmek ve bir şeyler öğrenmek için güzel bir yer.
Buraya tramvayla geldik. Sultanahmet durağında indiğimizde direk camiye varıyoruz.
