Rules changed again? Just like promoting to join as many as possible to make a change to be uovoted? Is this the way to make people enthusiastic or a way to fool the system or is it mire like gambling?
Migrating as in needing money or in that country is no internet access?
I don't care if people need the steem but I do care about the threads and the fact the average low reputated is punished and scolded while others can do as they like.
Where are those rules?

That information must be very old.
I don't think that long ago, but never saw it mentioned and he spoke about it lately. Not that club100 says a lot but neither says the "accessible" to everyone since most lessons are not.
Currently, there are no requirements related to Club100; they are no longer essential to obtain support or to participate in some dynamics. The only thing that is not required is that the user has the shutdown option enabled.
