RE: I found the culprit on why I lost so much body mass over the years and I don't know if I can ever gain some of it back again

Are you in touch with other patients? You never know if you can share info or learn something new. Like we discussed before you can start an informative blog or site.

A friend told me he always gets sick if he takes vitamins and I gave up on it as well since it seems they don't benefit me and I don't feel any better if I take 6000 mg vitamin C or nothing, same for magnesium and the rest of the mix... Let's see how far I get without. At least it saves a lot of money.

If it comes to bloodpressure (what is proper food if you ask me it no longer exists and it depends on the body and it's way of digesting) here always salt is blamed. High... no salt, Low more salt. In most cases it turns out to be true. Next to that stress is a big factor as well.

Hello Miss @wakeupkitty, I can't suggest for other patients to take what I am taking like for example the vitamin K2 MK-7 because it will affect the liver because it is a fat soluble vitamin.

That is why it is just my temporary fix for my weak bones with joint pains and eventually my liver will get affected because of my daily Vit K2 MK-7 although it improved my well-being with regards to my joint pains with its effects.

Taking vitamin C will not make you feel anything but it will make you resistant to colds and flu and possibly from other viruses as well. Now I am taking Calcium ascorbate so that my blood will not be acidic because acidosis apparently gave me lots of problems in the past and potentially weakened my bones in the process.

I am not fond of eating salty foods, it is the reason why my blood pressure remains to be in normal range if not corrected by dialysis when it gets high although the cause of my high blood pressure is extra volume (water) in my blood which when removed by dialysis will lower my blood pressure back to normal levels although sometimes it lowers too much like what happened last Friday.

In a way it sounds to me you are fighting side effects as well, but you manage and always seem to find a new solution. Even if it's just temporary. I am sure you are also aware of the side effects/allergies the stuff used to make those vitamins can cause.

I wish you a good week and a happy Spring festival.
