I like it simple and straightforward. But not minimalist. I need impressions for the senses, to a healthy degree. And I reckon that would be the right way for most people. It's just that keeping things in proportion can be so complicated... ;-)) You bought both pieces, I assume?
There's a fine difference between Simple and minimalist. That's my approach too ;)) but as you said "keeping things in proportion": that's the real challenge!
Nah! Had to remain within budget... And I liked the colourful one more :)))
