Final Report for Booming and our Feedback

Today we wanted to present our Final Report of using Booming Support by our WOX COmmunity.
We are glad to present you the nominated posts the Week: 24/10-31/10/23. We are entitled to nominate 2 users a day therefor, altogether 16 posts. Each user is nominated just once a week.

We have had a good Experience of being able to use the Benefit of Booming Support and reward the users of our community. From beginning on we agreed that we should reward users once a week, because we wanted to include as many users as possible.
We have time when we rewarded the winners of Contests that were run by Moderators.
Since we were moved to Tier-3 and we allowed to nominate only 2 users a week, we decided to leave the Moderators off the nomination and to give it to other users.
It was a good time and we have supported many. In Wox, we have many charities that are sponsored by @xpilar, in the first instance many know @wox-helpfund that given away thousands of Steem for many different users without anything to get back and also that he is running many lotteries when he is given away Steem for winners of lotteries or contests. That is the Steem that he donated from his own payout and that is also what he got via his delegation.
In WOX we will continue running such projects and @xpilar himself continues supporting many users from his own funds, that is why he will leave his delegation as it is. We all the Moderators made a combined decision that we then will step down from Booming and closing up this month of October, WOX will not be in Booming.
We, appreciate all the support that WOX Community received and we are receiving from the Steemit Team and continue what we are doing before, being active, helping others and as always being positive. We are united and we are one Team of Moderators with the lead of our Admin @xpilar.

I would like to say a big thank you to @stef1 and all our great moderators in WOX who have supported quality posts with the opportunity that the Booming support has given to users of our community.
And thanks to the Steemit team who gave us that opportunity, but unfortunately we now had to choose to withdraw from the Booming support.
I think that our users in WOX are wondering why we are withdrawing from Booming support.

I will explain it a little more closely:
My account @xpilar is a private account in steem and I have delegated approx. half of my SP to an upvote service. My other half is 140,000 SP that I vote with every day
Voting CSI 17.6 ( 7.57% self, 678 upvotes, 159 accounts, last 7d )
The WOX community is a public account on steemit where I am the adminstrator and as long as I have delegated with my private account @xpilar to an upvote service it is interpreted as breaking the rules to be supported by the @steemit-team with Booming support.
Greetings from rainy London @xpilar I am really happy to be one of the moderators in WOX. To be honest I have even turned down opportunities to become a moderator in other communities so I am able to give WOX my very best! We have really talented contributors here, some including myself even post daily and this is all thanks to our leader @xpilar to begin with who consistently supports us and also organises various contests. So all our users from different countries should just keep calm and carry on posting, the best is yet to come!
Hello dear Xpilar, as always it is an honour for me to be part of this community, I have been working with this excellent team for more than 3 years. We appreciate the support received with the booming votes, but in the same way we will continue forward as always giving our best, for our community and our users.
We have done a great job, and we will continue to do so. And you are a great leader and community manager.

It seems to me that delegation of personal sp is a personal matter. I don’t even know why I need to explain this to the public. You personally @xpilar and your team and your management. They gave me a lot. And I was able to learn a lot from you. Thanks to you, my account has grown and continues to grow.
I’m sincerely glad that I’m on this team and I’m definitely not going to leave. And most importantly, he becomes a moderator in some other group.

It was a pleasure to organise the Booming for WOX and to run it for our users, it was indeed a great help for us to show our appreciation for user, we luckily have many great and original content creators and many of them are Professional in their fields.
I am thankful for your explanation of your delegation and I do not think we have to explain what we are doing with our own accounts, you invested so much both time and finance of your own to reach what you have and to organise us, the Moderators.
It is an honour to be a part of WOX and I hope that the Steemit Team and users across the Steemit also appreciates that.
