My thoughts with a steem lottery is to support wox-helpfund with 10% of the lottery sales

The lottery will be simple, you just buy a lottery ticket or several lottery tickets with a number from 1-50. (Max 5 lottery tickets per user) The price of a ticket will be 0.5 steem.

1st prize wins	40% of the pot	winner number (25)
2nd prize wins	30% of the pot	winner number (21)
