How to withdraw your earnings on Steemit?

From what I remember, blocktrades.us was one of the ways that can help you to withdraw your earnings. But as I've checked their website recently, steem and steem dollars were not listed in the tokens you can receive through the site. So that made me wonder, how else can you withdraw your steem earnings?

I did some search but I think, I haven't found enough information to understand the updated process. That's why I am asking directly anybody who can give me answers. Is there a new way or a better method to withdraw your earnings?
