"We must be willing to abandoning of the life we planned to possess the life that's expecting us." Campbell

Meaning of the Quote:
If we hold on to the life we planned for ourselves, we'll not be able grab on to the life that we will really live.

Discussion of the Quote:
Sometimes we cling on too tight to the lives we planned for ourselves rather than letting go and getting into the lives that await us. It is important that we should loosen our hold and be willing to give up the lives we are living so that we can live the lives that are waiting for us.

Additionally, we have to understand the process of letting go. If somethings aren't serving our purposes, we've to be willing to allow them to go. It is the same with our lives if they are not making us happy and fulfilled then it is time to try something new. When our hands are closed around something, it prevents us from opening our hands to receive something else. We must first abandoning of what we hold in our hands in order that we are empty-handed to receive something in situ of what we hold now.

Final Thoughts:
We have to know when it is time to let go of what we have planned and are holding on to figuratively in our hands. Fear of the unknown can keep us hanging on longer than we should. We are afraid of getting out of our comfort zones. So we cling on to the comfortable and the familiar.

Furthermore, we often like to stick with what we know and planned instead of letting go and stepping into something more wonderful that is waiting for us.

I appreciate your time, comments and likes.

To our success
