Community Engagement: My Kind Suggestion to the Leaders of this Community

Hello and good evening, trust we all doing great.. We thank God for yet another opportunity to be alive once more.
Steemghana community have seen a major increase in its members. Many thanks to the leaders and everyone that have had a hand in this fate we are achieving.
But the truth we can all bare is our engagement as community members is questionable. leaders have tried many ways to curtail this menace, but seems is something we can't just deal with it.
The issue has been commenting on others post and possibly upvoting.
This issue always pops up in our meetings and it seems to continue always.

Suggestion
Now My suggestion to the leaders of this community is that, just as they give us report pertaining to the growth of the community. They must also try as much as possible to give accounts for the highest commenter within the week and probably reward whoever wins for the week.
I believe this will ensure many people engaging in others post just to win an award thereby ensuring our sustainability as a community.
I hope my suggestion will be taken into consideration.
