The Diary Game: Exams, Marking And Invigilation Today

Good day, everybody! I'm excited to share with you my workday activities. This, in my opinion, is a means for us to be informed about what goes on in our daily lives while also allowing us to interact. We're in the exams week, and hopefully by next week, we'll complete everything and will be able to relax for a week.

The fact that we are in the period of exams means that everyone, including students and teachers will be quite busy. Today was my third invigilation, which I 8:00 to 10am and them from 12pm to 2pm. Because I did it for four hours, my Invigilation was really frantic yesterday and today.

I invigilated for hours on two papers because each session is two hours long. The first session was on English Literature, with only three students from the class in which I was placed, and the second session was also on English, with roughly 50 students.

Though exhausting, these are all necessary procedures in ensuring that teaching and learning are completed, because after teaching, we must examine or test our students to ensure that learning has occurred and knowledge has been acquired.

I went to my office after my invigilation today, where I had some exercise books to mark. Due to a work overload, I worked extra hours after school. I had to stay for a few hours to mark all of the books in preparation for the stduents assessment .

School ended at 2 p.m., but I was fatigued and left campus at 4 p.m. Working overtime and attempting to reduce workload will make my job easier in the long term by reducing the amount of work I will have to complete when we return from break after the examinations.

Tomorrow will also be another great day where we will continue with the exams and hope to be in school to do another invigilation. Thanks for your time.
