Hello Steemians,
Today I’ll like to share with you an important initiative to promote Steem on Our school Campus it was a successful event and I’ll like to share with you how it went.

We Members of Steem Ghana in CKT University For Technology and Applied Science- Navrongo held a meetup session in collaboration with Hult Prize with the aim of promoting Steem we had been posting flyers for a while to create the awareness of students on our campus about the meetup. The Theme of the Program was Learn and Earn which is to help students to Earn some money while they’re learning on Campus. The Brain this whole endeavor was @zzzinnn who is a member of hult prize and also a Steemian.

We have been planning this for a while and the date was set the date to today and the venue was Dollar hostel a few blocks away from where we stay , the time was 9:00 am. I woke up very early and completely all my early morning activities. I put on my Steem Ghana T-shirt and then went to @zology69 and @abdulkahargunu’s place so we could go together. There were already done when I got there so we took a couple of pictures outside their hostel.

We then decided to walk to the venue of the program.

When we got there it was already past nine and @zzzinnn was a welcome speech so we took our seats.

After his presentation he then called on the country rep @njaywan to come and present on what steemit entails , we welcome he on stage with an applaud and he did very well he touched all parts and gave a very wonderful presentation he also gave opportunity for questions to be asked which he answered so well.

The next person on stage was @zology69 who presented on powering up and it’s benefit he also gave wonderful presentation we covered everything on the keys, achievement tasks, etc.

After the wonderful presentation from our Colleagues we then decided to sign up the Newbies on to Steem.

We signed them up and also encourage them to go on and do their achievement task we took them through the achievement 1 task.

After The Sign up process we couldn’t proceed as the members of dollar hostel new to use the room so we excused them and decided to hold the remaining agendas virtually.

We then came outside and took a bunch of group pictures.

We exchange contacts with each other and made jokes it was euphoria. everyone else dispersed to their hostel various hostels leaving we the organizers of the program. We packed all the chairs used and returned them where we took them( our school Mosque) .

I , @zzzinnn,@zology69 and @abdulkahargunu went to a food joint and bought waakye and we ate at the joint.

I will like to conclude by thanking @zzzinnn the Brain behind this , @zology69, Massachusetts @farhmade, @njaywan, @abdulkahargunu, @marwone for their efforts to making this program a successful one without them this program wouldn’t have been successful.
