Music is food for the Soul

No one can underrate the good that music does for every one of us. I am yet to come across a single soul who doesn't appreciate music or doesn't have something good to say about music. We all love music, ranging from instrumentation to the amazing voices that people are blessed with.

Yes, we all have our favorite genres, what kicks us to move our bodies to the beat, nod our heads to the rhythm and tap our feet to the bass sounds. But that is all basically to add to the fact that music is something that the human race cannot live without. I am a fervent believer in this and I am certain I have individuals here who concur with what I am saying.

Just imagine a world without music, that silence that would creep on us, it would be a horrible no good very bad thing. Music is doing a whole lot for people's health both mentally and physically. I know people who use music to cope with their medical conditions, depression, etc. Music produces such an adrenaline rush for some people that they can come alive when they hear good music.

And so whiles others may be using nicotine and other drugs to get high and others, some are using music to heal, learn, grow, etc. And I think this is a good option for doing drugs to cope with pain and any other unhealthy things that individuals engage in. Let's embrace music today, let's learn to love and sing and play, if you haven't danced today do so, find good music, and rejuvenate your soul...
