Today is Monday and my soul day as well. I was actually born on Monday. So in our part, Monday borns are called Kojo or Kwadwo and females are called Adwoa. The melodies of birds that sang this morning woke me up. Though I lied down, but I was listening to how the birds were singing this morning's praises to praise the Lord. I got touched so even as I lied down, I was following their melodies. I then picked my Bible and started to pray and have my quiet time. It is amazing that after my quiet time, I felt strength in me inwardly. I am actually still enjoying my vacation so today, I will only be traveling to Sunyani in the afternoon but for now, I am at home. I then went out to brush my teeth and had my regular morning exercises. Exercise they say trains the body and the mind. I took some press ups.

After my press up, I was told by my mother to help her drive her banku. It is actually my second time of doing such. Though I didn't have enough skill, but I tried to make it work. Only that I felt some part of the corn dough were falling from the pot. Cooking actually becomes very easy when you watch from the outside. When I took the driving stick, I began to know that it needs strength in order to finish with it.

After driving the banku, I sat in my room to enjoy some movies on my Hisense TV. Since the movie had lots of adverts, I didn't enjoy it as much.

I am still at home planning to travel to Sunyani later in the afternoon to visit my brother and friend whose sister married on Saturday in order to help with after wedding planning.
