Now flour is mixed with water to make the dough, after that it is molded into small round balls, this is what is used to make the dough which will be filled with the spices

After that the balls are rolled into flat pieces and cut with a particular dimension, five balls joined , rolled and cut together

Now the dough is placed in a dry fry pan and heated till the five different layers are separated, this technique is very effective but could go south if not properly handled

After this the dough is separated into the smaller parts and kept for filling, the meat is then heated for 10minutes with a little bit if water and then it is fried with the spices all together to form the delicious filling
