Surrogate Mothers
From the minute a woman is informed that she is pregnant, the bond between she and the child begins there.
Many people hardly give any regard to surrogates because they are paid to carry the child in their wombs.
A surrogate is as much of a mother as any other mother because for the nine months she nurtures the child, protects, feeds and experiences the child's first kicks and she is usually the first person to speak to the child.
They have even made it possible for gay couples to even dream of having their own families
When appreciating mothers, surrogates too should be appreciated. No amount of money can equal to the joy and happiness she brings to an entire family. She has to give up a child she has learnt to love like her own for nine good months.
A surrogate should never be disregarded because even if she did it for the money, you will forever be in her debt.
