Contest!, Contest!!, Contest!!!: Tell us what can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members
Greetings All!
Steem Ghana is here again with a new Contest Opened to all.
The growth and development of any community hinges on the active participation, contribution and dedication of its members.
These actually define the Community's strength and ability to support many Steemians in the Community. If the Community has more active members, they would keep post trooping in the Community and will tend to invite many people into the community. In as much as members become consistent there would be more engagement and possibility of supporting ourselves with upvotes. We know with #club5050 any Community who has more active Members would be able to build enough Steem power to support themselves
Steem Ghana has over Two thousand subscribers, but the current active member are not up to two hundred.
Tell us what can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members and also reinvigorate those who are inactive and then bring in new members who would stay active.
We hope that through this contest we will get more ideas about how to sustain more active members and getting more new members .
We will love to see and read more of your entries into this Contest.

•Plagiarism is not allowed
• A minimum of 300 words.
• Contest Entry should be in English

• You can use #club5050 tag if you are sure your powerups balances you withdrawals/transfers.

nice Contest though but please if you could limit the number of words, since this is more or less like raising of points with some little explanation, sometimes the points raised might even explain itself
Ok we will consider limiting the number as you said. I think a minimum of 250 words would be Ok.
