THE DIARY GAME 23/10/2021 My Saturday Activities- Health Walk And Other Activities.
Good evening lovely members of steemit. The passion and the zeal that you have for steemit is very amazing. It have reflected in your in your posts and contexts. I thank your all for the attentions and comments you always give to my posts.
Saturday is always full of events and programmes. I waked up early in the morning today around 3:30am to prepare for a health walk exercise which soppose to be began at exactly 4:00am. It was iniciated by our District Pastor, Francis Nyarko Koomson of the church of Pentecost Ashanti Mampong Nsuta. We were having a five days fasting and prayers for the whole district. Members from other locals came in their numbers to grace the programme. The programme was held in two zones, Nsuta and Beposo. Nsuta zone members were all supposed to meet in front of the central chapel. Bepose zone were also supposed to meet at their usual place, the four junction. There is a very nice football field at Beposo. We are all soppose to meet at the field for keep fits exercise. Beposo zone were instructed to walk from Beposo to Nsuta and return back to the field for keep fits exercise. Nsuta zone also walk from Nsuta to Beposo for the keep fits exercise. Nsuta zone walk back to their place after the keep fits exercise. The way young men and ladies were finding it difficult to walk for just a short distance was something that boarded my mind. Whiles young men and ladies were finding it difficult to walk, our elderly people were walking peaceful without any difficulty. We are met at the field to do keep fits exercise. It was interesting and wao.
Tea, coffee and bread were served for all the members after the keep fits exercise.

I landed home around 7:40. I was having a burial and memorial service to attend so I changed immediately and took my bath and dressed up for the programme. I was also having funeral and weddings to attend. I attended the funeral and one of the weddings. The way I was tired because of the health walk I couldn't strength and time to attend the rest of the weddings and other house hold work and so, I decided to have some rest.
