Frankly, I did my second and third powerups 100% by using existing all seem.
After I was stuck as I remember, at least for 2 or 3 days without having vesting shares(I don't know the exact technical name) even for commenting.
So please make sure to keep some liquid steem in your account when you POWE-UP ✌
