Burnsteem25: Making Anchovies Recipe Combined With Banana

Pleasant day everyone!

My inspiration to shared about food and making my recipe for today. In anchovies in a perfect combination of saba banana.

So since it was my day off so I have enough time to cooked what I want. And what it was in my mind was to make an easy meal recipe.

Instead of making many ingredients recipe I was inspired to make a quick and easy recipe. This is what we called in the Philippines anchovies or in visayan ginamos combined with boiled saba banana recipe.

So started with my recipe and I just had a few ingredients. Which it may include:

• anchovies
• saba banana
• lemon
• ripe tomato
• sili halang
• vinegar
• onion

How I prepared the anchovies?

• Slice the spices into pieces. These onion, ripe tomato, sili halang and lemon.
• After that put the anchovies on the plate. And add the slice spices.
• Next squeeze the slice lemon.
• Then pour the vinegar and mix properly.
• And finish with my recipe.

And how I prepared boiled saba banana?

• Wrap the saba banana with plastic bag so that the stains will not penetrate to the pot.
• After that put it on the cooking pot.
• Add water and enough to level on the top of a wrap saba banana.
• Then put it on the fire.
• And cook it for 1 hour.
• And when it is already looks soft and smooth. And the stains of the banana will comes out.
• Now it is finished with my boiled saba banana.
• And ready to eat.

When I say foods, this is gonna be a life to me. Of course, we cannot live and survive a living if without food. So this is gonna be a very very important.

So this is my recipe for today. Hopes it gives inspirations to each everyone here in my efforts.
