Hola, un saludo a esta grandiosa comunidad de mujeres, esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad, mi nombre es Danimar Moreno y en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un gel de linaza casero que a mí, me ha servido muchísimo, me gusta bastante y es muy fácil y rápido de preparar.

Hello, greetings to this great community of women, this is my first publication in this community, my name is Danimar Moreno and this time I want to share with you a homemade flaxseed gel that has helped me a lot, I like it a lot and it is very easy and fast to prepare.

Es un fijador o gel a base de semillas de linaza, la cual deja tus rizos esponjosos, definidos, suaves, y lo más importante, no deja residuos.

It is a fixative or gel based on flaxseed, which leaves your curls fluffy, defined, soft, and most importantly, does not leave residue

Ingredientes

1/4 taza de linaza

2 tazas de agua

1 frasco de vidrio con tapa

Preparación

Para empezar lo que debemos hacer es colocar en una olla pequeña la linaza con el agua y cocinar a fuego medio hasta que comience a hervir, debes moverlo con frecuencia para que la linaza no se quede pegada en el fondo.

To start, what we must do is place the flaxseed with the water in a small pot and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, you must move it frequently so that the flaxseed does not stick to the bottom.

Cuando el agua empieza a hervir, inmediatamente podemos observar que sube la espuma, en ese momento debemos bajar la temperatura de la cocina y, dejamos cocinar por unos minutos hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.

When the water begins to boil, we can immediately observe that the foam rises, at that moment we must lower the temperature of the kitchen and let it cook for a few minutes until the desired consistency is obtained.

Después de unos minutos podemos observar que la mezcla empieza a tomar una consistencia un poco gelatinosa de color amarillento. Dejamos cocinar unos minutos más, la idea es obtener la consistencia perfecta, ni muy suave ni muy espesa. Cuando tengamos la consistencia deseada, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar durante al menos 1 hora.

After a few minutes we can see that the mixture begins to take a slightly gelatinous yellowish consistency. Let it cook for a few more minutes, the idea is to obtain the perfect consistency, neither too soft nor too thick. When we have the desired consistency, remove from the heat and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Para obtener el gel de la linaza lo más recomendable es colar la mezcla utilizando unas mediaspantis o medias normales. Se coloca la media en la boca del envase de vidrio y se vierte en ella todo el contenido de la olla. Puedes observar como el gel empieza a caer lentamente en el envase, se debe exprimir bien la linaza para obtener todo el gel posible.

To obtain the flaxseed gel, it is best to strain the mixture using pantyhose or normal stockings. The stocking is placed in the mouth of the glass container and the entire contents of the pot are poured into it. You can see how the gel begins to fall slowly into the container, the flaxseed must be squeezed well to obtain as much gel as possible

Luego de terminar de exprimir todo el gel, se tapa muy bien y se guarda en la nevera. Se debe dejar unas horas en la nevera para luego poder usarlo, lo más recomendable es dejarlo toda la noche. Este gel puede durar hasta una semana en la nevera.

After finishing squeezing all the gel, cover it very well and store it in the fridge. It should be left in the fridge for a few hours to be able to use it later, it is best to leave it overnight. This gel can last up to a week in the fridge.

Aplicación

Una vez que el gel esté listo para usar, lo aplicamos en nuestro cabello húmedo o mojado, para aplicarlo, agregamos una cantidad en nuestras manos y luego aplicamos en nuestro cabello desde la raíz a la punta de manera uniforme. Una vez que nuestro cabello se seque, podremos observar los maravillosos resultados.

Application

Once the gel is ready to use, we apply it to our damp or wet hair, to apply it, we add an amount in our hands and then apply it to our hair from root to tip evenly. Once our hair dries, we can see the wonderful results.

Como pueden observar, es muy fácil de hacer y te deja el cabello increíble. A mí particularmente me cuesta un poco encontrar una crema de peinar ideal que se ajuste a mis necesidades. Y en este gel encontré la opción perfecta, espero que a ustedes les guste tanto como a mí.

As you can see, it is very easy to do and it leaves you with amazing hair. It is a bit difficult for me in particular to find an ideal styling cream that suits my needs. And in this gel I found the perfect option, I hope you like it as much as I do.
