To be an active steemian, there are things we need to know, for every business to be successful the owner needs to be active irrespective of where you are if you know the strategy of your business, understand it well then surely you will be active in order for you to be successful. Therefore steemit needs active users, once you are active, you will definitely appreciate this ecosystem.

Qualities of an active steemian

To review the characteristics I will be comparing a life of a business person.

• Consistent and observant

• Willing to adapt to new changes

• Supportive

• Use every opportunities open.

HUMBLE AND SMART

In everything you do in life, humility is required. We all make mistakes and so we stand a chance to be corrected, for us to accept the correction, we need to be humble. Learning too requires humility on our part to learn. In steemit, we learn everyday and as such humility is needed on our part to accept what we learn and apply it. If we do not know a community to make a particular post or maybe need a tag to use, be humble enough to ask someone for help. If we at times make post with a wrong hashtag and the community MOD comment on the post suggesting hashtag that you should have used, do well to accept the corrections. When giving a correction, be smart enough to accept it and make adjustments rather than claiming unnecessary right.

Therefore, an active steemian should be willing to humbly accept correction, learn and be smart.

CONSISTENCY AND OBSERVANT

In a business you need to observe it so as to know where you need to make adjustments on them then remain consistent. Now in steemit, there are different activities that pops up each time, have you ever take part? If you do then you will remain active. Observe things on the platform and make adjustments to it example; the use of hashtags, engagement challenge contests, explore different communities, make quality posts.

WILLING TO ADAPT TO NEW CHANGES

There are times a particular business plans doesn't go well, then the owner try to adjust and adapt to new changes this will make the business to run smoothly. In Steemit, an active steemian is willing to adapt to any changes brought to increase the growth of the ecosystem.

For example; the initiation of club5050, how do you view it?

Well, I will say it is the best initiative so far since it has help all users save up their steem, and build their steempower to support each other.

Assuming there was no such initiative would you have the steempower you have now? The answer is NO so it is good we adapt to changes as an active steemian.

• To maintain your club5050 status; whenever you want to withdraw, divide your steem into two and power up 50% and withdraw 50%.

• For club75; whenever you want to withdraw, power up 75% and withdraw 25% of your steem. Power up 75% of your earnings in a month.

Most people do not understand how is is calculated, let me break it down.

Divide your total steems you have, divide it by 4

example; 100÷4 = 25

Or you multiple anything you want to transfer by 3 example you want to withdraw 25 steem token, multiply by 3.

25 × 3 = 75 steems , therefore you will power up 75

• for club100 power up all your earnings for 3 months.

So please each time you make a withdrawal, power up to maintain your club status.

• Burnsteem; active steemian should contribute to the burning of steem, support steemit project.

• Join engagement challenge contests, stay active and enjoy the platform. I enjoyed this challenge last time and I'm ready for it this turn.
