STEEMWOMENCLUB TUESDAY DAILY DYNAMIC DIY FASHION BAG BY @esthyfashion

Good day to you all my good women of steemwomen club . I @esthyfashion will be showing you women the step by step process of how I made my DIY fashion bag.

Please be follow along

        Step 1

First of all I brought out the material and take a square measurement as shown in the picture below

    Step2 

After that I folded it into two, then from the left I folded it again into another two which makes it four folds.

       Step3

I then use measuring tape and measure the length 8 and half inches with the same measurement i make a curve round joining from where I started measuring . that is seen in the picture below

   Step4

Now it's time to cut the material out and I did that following the 8 inches curve I made, I carefully cut out and have the curve shape, follow the three pictures below to see the step by step procedure on how I cut it.

       Step5

I used the finish shape above and placed it on another material follow the shape to have it two round size

To get the lining I used the above material placed it on the black lining and cut out following the same measurement of the flower material.i didn't take a separate measurement for the lining, now I am cutting It out as you can see in this picture.

       Step6

To maintain it's firmness, I attached a collar stir to the materials

I cut it out then iron it together

              Step7

I use lining to turn with the material together with the collar stir, the lining will be the inner part of the bag . To make sure the black colour cloth form the inner part of the bag, I places it on the material has you see here and Mark out 4 inches dot out my sewing line

now am sewing it following the dotted line I made

now am done with the sewing as you can see here

From the 4 inches I marked out, I bring out the flowered Material while the collar stir (white material)goes in then I iron it

To prepare the piece and the bottom of the bag I cut out plain material 30 inches length and 10 inches width then I folded it into two and sew it straight

attached the band to the two round piece then I put pin and then I went on to stitch that in my sewing machine


After that I attach the other piece on the side and stitch

now the body of the bag is almost complete the next thing is to attached the handle

I cut a straight material and fold it into two and attached it to the side of the bag.
