VISITA MEDICA A LA CASA DE LA SRA. NELEYDA/MEDICAL VISIT TO MRS. NELEYDA'S HOUSE

Hoy les quiero contar a mi comunidad de @steemwomenclub una de mis tantas actividades, y es que como saben soy medico y pues en ocasiones acudo al llamado a casa de personas que necesitan de mi atención, en este caso fue la Sra Neleyda Salazar una paciente que conozco desde hace varios años y que es Diabetes y Hipertiroidismo.

Debido a la situación Pandemia que vivimos a nivel mundial, ya se ha hecho costumbre la visita medica a las casas de los pacientes, para así evitar llegar a la emergencia de un hospital donde están tratando los casos mas urgentes, así se evita saturar el sistema de salud y también el contagio por Covid 19; entonces de cierta forma es un poco mas seguro para los pacientes con patologías crónicas que son mas susceptibles en estos tiempos y mayores de 60 años consultarse en casa.

Due to the pandemic situation that we are experiencing worldwide, medical visits to patients' homes have become customary, in order to avoid reaching the emergency of a hospital where they are treating the most urgent cases, thus avoiding saturating the system health and also the contagion by Covid 19; then in a certain way it is a little safer for patients with chronic pathologies who are more susceptible in these times and older than 60 years to consult at home

En esta oportunidad la Sra Neleyda me llamo para que por favor la fuer a ver porque se sentía algo mareada y con nauseas, cuando llegue a su casa como es una paciente Diabetica desde hace ya muchos años ella tiene su glucometro para medir su glicemia capilar y pues utilizamos el equipo para medirle la glicemia.

Ella es una mujer que a pesar de su edad y sus enfermedades de base sigue trabajando todos los días, pero evidencie que tenia la glicemia muy elevada, y es que como están las cosas ahorita en nuestro país a veces se hace difícil mantener una dieta y ser constantes con los medicamentos debido a su alto costo y para nosotros los médicos es algo limitante porque no se cumplen completamente las indicaciones; pero la idea de este post es mostrarle a esta hermosa paciente y algo de mi trabajo, espero les haya gustado.
