Hello Strong Women All Over The World!

Allow me to share my Dream Catcher craft that made in Cardboard and construction paper.

You've probably seen dream catchers in a gift shop, in magazines or on television. But do you really know what they are used for?

They said that the purpose for the dream catcher was to protect sleepers, especially children, from bad dreams, nightmares and evil spirits. Native Americans believed that at night the air was filled with dreams, both good and bad. They would hang the dream catcher over their beds.

Let's start making our Dream Catcher.

SUPPLIES:

  • Cardboard
  • Construction Paper
  • Pattern for the circle
  • Scissor
  • Glue
  • Thread

Steps in Making Dream Catcher:

  • 1st step. Choose your desired size for your cardboard. Create your outer circle. Make another circle within the larger one, so that the hoop is about 1″ wide all around then cut out your cardboard hoop.

  • 2nd step. Using your construction paper make a small circles, fold it half and cut.

  • 3rd step. Using the half circle that you cut, make a cone shape. The numbers of the cone it depends to your desired length of your dream catcher.

  • 4th step. I made 3 different colors of the cone shape for our hanging design. Then, insert it in a thread.

  • 5th step. If all of your hanging cone shape designs are ready, attached it to the circle that we made at first step.

  • Last step. Cover the circle and put it some design to add beauty to our Dream Catcher and It's DONE !
