I woke up very refreshed. My alarm hasn't rung yet. I set the alarm at 6.00 am every day. The alarm goes off for five minutes. I did light exercise to release a little stiff body. And soon the alarm rang loudly from under my pillow.

Smartphone signal can cause radiation and adverse effects on health. That's why every time when I want to sleep, I turn off my smartphone first. Or sometimes use airplane mode (offline) to prevent radiation. I turned off the alarm ringer. Then, go to the bathroom and perform the dawn prayer.

This morning is very cold. The wind blew gently into the recesses of my room. I went back to the kitchen and grabbed some basic ingredients to make my version of an omelet. I broke the eggs into a bowl. Then pour a little salt along with pieces of vegetables that have been cut into small pieces. I stirred until smooth and then fry it on medium heat.

Early in the morning, I went out and bought a kilogram of beef. The price of one kilogram of beef is still IDR. 150,000 or the equivalent of 43 Steem. Before buying I asked in detail about the health of this beef. The seller states that the beef is fresh and not from a sick cow. The seller explained in a friendly manner.

Lately, many cows have fallen and died due to the plague of mouth and foot disease. And it made me a little scared to eat meat that was affected by the plague. I took the beef and handed over the money. My next destination is a shop where curry spices are sold. Our plan is to prepare curry beef gravy for this lunch menu.

I take time to rest during the day for about an hour while watching Korean dramas. Towards the end of the episode is very tense. I always want to watch it by default. And I fell asleep with my smartphone lying on the bed.
