My First Post on SteemWomen Club: Self-Introduction 4/18/2021

Good day Steemwomen Community, hope you're doing fine despite of the pandemic we are going through. And I hope you and your family are healthy and safe during these uncertain and unprecedented times.”
Anyways, I would like to introduce myself to this magnificent community. A community, we're all women comes together in harmony with one voice.

I am Ruby Ann P. Garcia my user name here on steemit is @ruby06. I am 29 years of age and currently residing at Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Philippines. Yes, you hear me right in Cebu, Philippines where you can find beautiful beaches and resorts.

I am a former private teacher before or a Computer Teacher to be exact. But because of the pandemic, we are facing right now, the school where I worked before decided to decrease their employees. And I am one of those employees because that time I am pregnant and pregnant women are not allowed to work during the lockdown due to COVID-19.

I am married with my co-choir in our church Robert Lee Garcia last January 19,2019. We are almost 5 years in a relationship before we decided to get married.

And we are blessed with one child, He is 9 months old now. He is a God given gift because I'd really thought that I can't bear a child but nothing is impossible with God. My pregnancy journey was not that easy due to the pandemic and complications I have experienced during my pregnancy. But luckily I've delivered my baby safely not in normal delivery, but in Cesarian Section due to the complications, one of that was my feet due cellulites. But still, I am happy even we have lots of credit because of our hospital bill, as long as me and my baby was safe its okay.

Sorry for the picture that I will show you. This was my feet when I am suffering with cellulites. I've been struggling for 2 weeks with high fever because of this, I can't walk either during those times, even going to the toilet was very hard for me. Luckily, nothing happens to my baby during those times.

Anyways, me and my husband love to travel a lot, our quality time together. We have been to many places. It's our way to release some stress and get a touch to the nature.

The lesson I've learned in life, everything happens for a reason. Every struggle we face is just a step on how to become a strong person. May we face lots of difficulties in life, but always remember day or time runs, it will not stop and a new day will always come. My experiences is not that easy but I am thankful because it made me a strong person.

Lastly, I am thankful to this community we're all women can speak up and share their experiences in life. This community helps me a lot. I've learned many things by reading the blogs of other steemians.
