In this opportunity I am here to announce and promote the official start of a new dynamic that will be implemented in our favorite community starting with Venezuelan women and extending the invitation to all members of the community.

I have decided to promote this idea within the community with the aim that all women can participate equally in the areas that they like the most. That is, from this moment on, a dynamic consisting of locating a specific category or topic for each day of the week will be put to the test, that is, they will have a specific day to share their publications regarding the topic as appropriate in the schedule , with these they will have more opportunities to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and to increase the chances of receiving support from the official account.

Before continuing we believe that all women should take into account some important things for their growth within the blockchain and the community:

• Daily 5 quality posts are chosen and sent to the curation team "as a suggestion" for rewards. It is important that they know that the same person is not selected two (2) times a week, since it is about being as fair and equitable as possible so that all women have the opportunity to be rewarded.

• We carry out a manual curation through the account @steemwomensclub with the idea of ​​supporting all possible quality publications. Unfortunately, we do not have enough Steem Power to give rewards as generous as the steemit team. However, we seek the union of all the members to be an independent community and not need the mercy of the steemit curation team. That is why delegations are so important. We are counting on you to grow together girls.

• We also hope that you make a constant promotion on your social networks of each publication you share with the idea that steemit and steem can reach more people and especially investors. The more investors arrive, the more curators there will be to be able to reward much more publications per day.

• Try as much as possible to comply with all the rules, avoid plagiarism and create original or proprietary content. Please avoid mentioning the curation team @steemcurator01 and @ steemcurator02 in your posts.

• You should also make your achievements as a newcomer in the corresponding community or if you already have it please do not forget to include them in your publications, so that everyone can know you.

Sunday : Special day	Day to let ourselves go and share any important content for women, summary of our week, tips for improvement, motivational, entrepreneurship, advice or experiences about motherhood, experiences like daughter, sister, granddaughter, grandmother, trips in the week, vacations, etc.

Now, as a strategy to increase participation and the probability that your publications are more visible within the platform. I invite you to publish based on some of the daily topics by including them in your #thediarygame of the day . This is because surely many are active in the daily game and may wish to participate in the dynamics and share their day-to-day life at the same time. This way they will be able to slightly increase their chances of being visited from the #thediarygame tag, which is where the best newspapers of the day are chosen.

It is important to recommend at least 300 words and 5 to 9 photos for the diaries, if you include the topic of the day in your journal, try to do something summarized and if you will make a tutorial that is practical, fast, and easy to understand, in sequence, but not as detailed and so you can meet the photo limit.

Also, in case you have any doubts with the date of the newspaper and the day of the topic, for example if you want to participate on Monday and your newspaper is on Sunday or with a Sunday date, you can publish it. The important thing is that you publish it on the day that corresponds according to your country schedule. But do not abuse, try to post it on a schedule so you can review and support the same day.

Points to take into account.

I have thought and decided to take some points into account to make it a fair competition, since there are some users who are very skilled and talented to create publications, but they are inactive or partially active on the platform in general. With these points I want to correct and improve the behavior of all within steemit and in turn increase the number of active users. Below you will see the points or check list to evaluate your participations based on 10 Points.

• Presentation image (main or thumbnail), title and introduction (+ 2 points)

  Try as much as possible to use the appropriate measurements for the main image or take horizontal photos for it. This will give you more visibility.

• Format, composition and quality of photographs (+ 2 points)

  It is simple, try to write that everything makes sense, use pleasant backgrounds to take the photographs, if your camera is not of high quality, support yourself with natural sunlight, and try to center the images.

• Correct use of the first four (4) tags (+ 1 point)

  I repeat, #thediarygame, #dynamicsteemwomenclub #yourcountry and only if your content is exclusive use #steemexclusive .

• Active publications in the week in general (+ 1 point)

  If you are an inactive person you will not earn this point. At least, it's your first post or it's reactivated after a long time.

• User behavior in steemit in general (+ 1 point)

  Each steemit user should give at least 10 votes and comments to other publications during 24 hours, that is, every day.

• Interaction and support in your publication (+ 3 points)

  Number of genuine, organic, or relevant comments from other active users. That is, without counting yours, irrelevant comments and without counting promotional ones OR comments with templates), if your publication is in 0 comments from other users, you will not be able to earn these points. Remember that interaction and feedback is gained by doing the same by "interacting" by commenting on other posts and so on.
