Yes I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now and I really love it I'm never going to stop practicing yoga but I mean it's better late than never because I started exercising regularly after 35 years old and I wish I started before or maybe a little bit earlier but as I said it's better later than never thank you for stopping by my regards
