How are you all I hope you all are doing well and living your life in a good way surrounded by your loved ones.
I am here to participate in this community. First of all I'm thankful to @comunidadlatina for organizing such an amazing contest. And I'm really excited to participate in this amazing contest.
If an emotion had control in the central headquarters of your mind, what emotion would it be and why? |

That emotion will be unfocused and scattered. Meanwhile it’s of happiness and fullfillnes. We are in a real world where we are growing and learning each day . This growth is not just physically but mentally,spiritually and emotionally. There’s a lot of stuff we have to handle on this on going fast world. Where everyone wants to earn more money, more fame, more attention, more power.
Because life nowadays has become more materialistic . True love , pure friendships are just getting rotten at the corner. And everyone is playing their roles with their mask on , with the money and power while their hearts and minds are not at peace and calm.
Do you think that as you grow older you feel less joy? |

Yess , as we age we feel less joy . Because when a kid only knows about good food , new toys etc As we grow up we learn lessons , we know the harsh realities of this world , we see the real scenaries behind the nice coloured windows . We experience more as we age . The burden of high end responsibilities from or loved ones on us and never ending judgments of so called society, dulls our shine and hope . We felt apart on every downfall and freak-out due to the cruel and unfair ways of the world.
Because as people grow up their experiences and perspectives can change and everyone has their own perspective.Because as people get older, their responsibilities become more and more different from each other.
Right now, what are you feeling? What is the emotion that prevails in you? |

Right now , I am feeling really at peace . Because I am writing this post , sitting on my comfy couch, with a cup of nice tea . The weather outside is so refreshing for my soul . A cool breeze and little rain is giving me peace . Apart from this environmental circumstances , one’s should also have inner peace to feel calm . Inner and outer environments both plays really close roles . I am feeling calm because I achieved something close to my heart this morning . Due to this inner peace I feeling cheerfulness and pleasure.
Have you ever repressed your emotions? |

Yess , many times I repressed my emotions . On this on going world I think everyone now has got control on repressing their emotions. There can be many reasons to this. One of the main reason is the jugdement. The so called society and the people who only want to see to fail ,judges you no matter what! That feeling of judgement and criticism of people leads you to conceal your emotions.
You bottled up your emotions every time to want to express them, to escape from the illogical opinions, incorrect analysis, fallacious assumptions and off target assessment. Instead of pouring them out, people start to stuffing their body frame with the hot and cold emotions, sentiments and feelings.

You are right 👍 However, we all deserve to be happy but when things of of world deny us happiness, we tend to express sadness. In the same way, I believe it's during the darkest moment that we must focus to see the light 🕯️ and when this is done, we tend to fulfilled our dream.

Wow, you have expressed your thoughts here from your heart. Absolutely, nowadays people hide their original feelings under the mask of money and emphasize on the feeling of pretense. Everyone is living in a world of pretense.
Absolutely, true love, true friendship, sanskar, all these have become just words in books and are lying smiling in a corner.
Glad to see people relating and appreciating me for having true emotions . For being who you are and for saying out loud your inner feelings.

Son muchas las emociones que podemos llegar a experimentar en nuestra vida por todo lo que vivimos Pero lo importante es aprender a manejar cada una de ellas y a controlar las negativas sobre todo.
La adultez nos trae mucho trabajo y muchas responsabilidades pero no necesariamente nos quita la felicidad Solo que cuando crecemos vemos la vida de manera diferente y nos cuesta un poquito más fijarnos en los pequeños detalles que la inocencia de las niñez Si no los permitían.
Qué bueno que tengas paz y que en este momento estés en un ambiente tan tranquilo y tan cómodo para sentirte relajado y feliz.
