En mi familia arrancamos el 2023 activos con caminata y practicando deportes como béisbol y fútbol, mi esposa y yo por salud y mis hijos para que regresen con buenas condiciones físicas a sus respectivos deportes el próximo lunes 09 de enero. Es relajante el poder tenerla oportunidad de caminar y compartir en familia, cuando llegamos al lugar, un estadio de jugar béisbol, el cual se encuentra vacío, lo tenemos para nosotros y para calentar el cuerpo primero caminamos de 30 a 45 minutos, sentir el aire puro llegar a nuestros pulmones, mirar el cielo, andar sin el tapabocas ya es una bendición.

Elegimos ese lugar aunque nos queda un poco alejado y se consume más gasolina, pero tenemos la tranquilidad de que estamos solos y podemos respirar libremente, nos vamos como a las 4:30 pm para disfrutar un sol que no hace daño y nos da energía. Luego de caminar me pongo a practicar béisbol con mi hijo, a él le gusta mucho el batear y siempre dejamos unos minutos para hacerlo aunque eso signifique el caminar un poco más para mí, porque debo buscar las pelotas cuando el logra batear, para nosotros como padres nos encanta el disfrutar momentos de esparcimiento con nuestros hijos, es una forma de salir de la rutina y además es saludable.

I almost forgot, extra we take the bike, which our son enjoys, we would all like to drive, but when we realize it is already getting dark and it is time to go home, time flies by when we do recreational activities.
