☕ 1. Cuéntanos sobre tu primera experiencia con el café. ¿Desde cuándo lo bebes?

El café en la URSS es una historia completamente diferente – no había café real. Había aquellos frascos indios… puedes buscar fácilmente “café URSS” y solo encontrarás un par de frascos… y también café con leche.

Luego, a partir de los años 90, comenzaron a aparecer los anuncios… y los anuncios de café también:
“Rompe con las limitaciones en las que vives
Libera tu mente, crecerás al instante,
Abre tu corazón, encuentra tu camino, mira más allá
Revélate NESCAFE – abrete” (versión en ucraniano de una canción de un anuncio)

Encontré las dos últimas líneas en línea porque no las recordaba.

Incluso ahora, me da escalofríos y lágrimas escuchar estas palabras… las emociones se desbordan.

Busqué y aún estoy buscando en línea ese anuncio (porque no había forma de filmar videos rápidamente en aquel entonces)… y también el de la lata de soda que cae de una pirámide y un tipo grita "Oh no" – los anuncios apenas comenzaban a aparecer, y probablemente no había tanta alergia a ellos… espera, estoy hablando de café.

Honestamente, no recuerdo si bebí ese café. No recuerdo si lo hice – pero sí lo hice, ya que a mi mamá le gustaba.

Luego llegó MassOfe – definitivamente lo recuerdo. Solía comprar un paquete entero, creo que tenía 25 sobres. Pero lo bebía de manera irregular, a veces.

En el trabajo, solía visitar las casas de los clientes, y a menudo servían café, a veces con un bocadillo)) Preguntaban si quería café instantáneo o filtrado. Recuerdo haber respondido – “Ah, da igual.” Porque parecía que bebía café instantáneo, ya que el café filtrado necesitaba prepararse.

No sé ni qué lo causó – tal vez porque tuve una cafetera turca en casa durante cinco, seis, siete años – es difícil recordar exactamente cómo bebo café filtrado. Y bebo café instantáneo solo una o dos veces al año.

Una vez, una abuela (de los mismos clientes) me sirvió café español enviado por su hija desde España. Noté que había algo diferente en este café, incluso cuando la abuela reveló el secreto de que había agregado mucha leche. Yo también añado leche – pero el café que ella preparó era diferente del mío. También hubo un caso en el que algunas personas adineradas me sirvieron café, y recuerdo que era especial. Aunque no puedo recordar el sabor.

☕ 2. ¿Cuántas tazas de café bebes al día y a qué hora?

Últimamente, me he estado preguntando si bebo demasiado café??)) Justo después de despertar, bebo café. Aunque se dice que es más saludable beber un vaso de agua primero. Eso es lo que intento hacer. Así que, si no se me olvida)) bebo un vaso de agua y luego preparo mi café con calma.

☕ 3. Muéstranos cómo preparas tu café.

Mi hermano me regaló esta maravillosa cafetera – el agua hierve, se evapora y gotea a través del café en la taza. La mayoría de las veces bebo café de esta manera. Durante los apagones, debido a la maldita guerra, lo preparo en una cafetera turca sobre el fuego.

Aquí está la cafetera – justo tuve la oportunidad de limpiarla para la foto))) A veces también tengo que verter ácido cítrico (1 cucharada + agua) y limpiar todo por dentro.

Casi me quedé sin café, así que compré este Jacobs (149 UAH = $3.61) y Masson (88 UAH = $2.13)

☕ 4. ¿Con quién de Steemit te gustaría tomar un café y qué le preguntarías?

Por ejemplo, @alejos7ven y @kouba01, a quienes noté gracias al Steemit Engagement Challenge y leí un poco de sus blogs. Hablaría con ellos sobre programación))). Pero, desafortunadamente, esto es virtual porque no sé español y apenas sé inglés. De nuestra comunidad, invitaría a @inber, la amante de los libros – con ella, podría hablar sin fin, creo)) Y también me gustaría hablar con @diodao sobre todo después de discutir todas las estrellas y constelaciones))

☕ 5. ¿Cuál es tu marca de café favorita y por qué?

Una vez, incluso compré café en la tienda donde molieron los granos justo frente a mí y me lo vendieron en una bolsa de papel. Pero no fue particularmente memorable; tal vez debería haberlo probado unas veces más. Hasta ahora, la mayoría de los cafés son más o menos iguales, pero este me gusta más – tal vez porque tiene un sabor más suave, menos amargo. Es similar a otros pero aún se destaca ya que lo elegí))

☕ 6. ¿Qué piensas sobre la siguiente frase?

“El amor debería ser como el café. A veces fuerte, a veces dulce, a veces solo, a veces acompañado, pero nunca frío.”

A veces fuerte, a veces dulce – es el mismo café, no importa cuánto te guste; quieres algo de variedad – así que lo preparas más fuerte o más dulce. El amor también necesita ser variado para evitar que la vida parezca monótona. A veces solo, a veces acompañado – bebemos café solo a veces, a veces en compañía – lo mismo con el amor; como dicen, la separación solo fortalece los sentimientos, y todos necesitan su propio refugio seguro – a veces para estar solo… con una taza de café))) Café frío – ni siquiera sé quién lo gusta. Puedes beberlo, por supuesto, y tal vez buscar matices interesantes. Pero el amor frío, los sentimientos fríos – eso es su ausencia e indiferencia. Eso es café frío – completamente.

☕ 1. Tell us about your first experience with coffee. Since when have you been drinking it?

Coffee in the USSR is a whole different story – there was no real coffee. There were those Indian jars… you can easily search for “coffee USSR” and find only a couple of jars… and also coffee with milk.

Then, starting in the '90s, advertising began to appear… and coffee ads too:
“Break free from the limitations you live in
Free your mind, you’ll grow instantly,
Open your heart, find your way, look wider
Reveal yourself NESCAFE – open up” (ukrainian version of a song from an advertisement)

I found the last two lines online because I didn’t remember them.

Even now, I get chills and tears from these words… the emotions overflow.

I searched and am still searching online for that ad (because there wasn’t a way to film videos quickly back then)… and also for the one where a can of soda falls from a pyramid and a guy shouts "Oh no" – advertising was just starting to appear, and probably there wasn’t such an allergy to it… wait, I’m talking about coffee.

Honestly, I don’t remember if I drank that coffee. I don’t recall if I did – but I did, since my mom liked it.

Then came MassOfe – I definitely remember that. I used to buy a whole pack, I think it had 25 packets in it. But I drank it irregularly, sometimes.

At work, I often visited clients’ homes, and they often served coffee, sometimes with a sandwich)) They’d ask if I wanted instant or brewed. I remember answering – “Ah, doesn’t matter.” Because it seemed I drank instant coffee, since the brewed one needed to be brewed.

I don’t even know what caused it – maybe because I had a Turkish coffee pot at home for five, six, seven years – it’s hard to remember exactly how I drink brewed coffee. And I drink instant coffee only once or twice a year.

Once, a grandmother (from the same clients) served me Spanish coffee sent by her daughter from Spain. I noted that something was different about this coffee, even when the grandmother revealed the secret that she added a lot of milk. I also add milk – but the coffee she made was different from mine. There was also a case where some wealthy people served me coffee, and I remember that it was special. I can’t recall the taste, though.

☕ 2. How many cups of coffee do you drink per day and at what time?

Lately, I’ve been wondering if I drink too much coffee??)) Right after waking up, I drink coffee. Though it’s said that it’s healthier to drink a glass of water first. That’s what I try to do. So if I don’t forget)) I drink a glass of water and then calmly make my coffee.

☕ 3. Show us how you brew your coffee.

My brother gifted me this wonderful coffee maker – the water boils, evaporates, and drips through the coffee into the cup. I mostly drink coffee this way. During power outages, due to the damn war, I brew it in a Turkish coffee pot over the fire.

Here’s the coffee maker – I just had the chance to clean it for the photo))) Sometimes I also have to pour in citric acid (1 spoon + water) and clean everything inside.

Once, I even bought coffee at the store where they ground the beans right in front of me and sold it to me in a paper bag. But it wasn’t particularly memorable; maybe I should have tried a few more times. So far, most coffees are more or less the same, but I like this one the most – maybe because it has a softer, less bitter taste. It’s similar to others but still stands out since I chose it))

☕ 6. What do you think about the following sentence?

“Love should be like coffee. Sometimes strong, sometimes sweet, sometimes alone, sometimes accompanied, but never cold.”

Sometimes strong, sometimes sweet – it’s the same coffee, no matter how much you like it; you want some variety – so you brew it stronger or sweeter. Love also needs to be varied to avoid making life seem monotonous. Sometimes alone, sometimes accompanied – we drink coffee alone sometimes, sometimes in company – the same with love; as they say, separation only strengthens feelings, and everyone needs their own safe haven – sometimes to be alone… with a cup of coffee))) Cold coffee – I don’t even know who likes that. You can drink it, of course, and perhaps search for interesting nuances. But cold love, cold feelings – that’s their absence and indifference. That’s cold coffee – completely.
