I understand your fears here but there are just two options here to help facilitate this refund.
- Power down and send value to #steem4nigeria account to avoid incurring any additional cost
Or
- Purchase steem token from exchanges and send value to #steem4nigeria which requires some financial cost. I will not encourage this given your financial disposition except otherwise.

Hay varias otras opciones. Esas no son las únicas.
Por ejemplo, hacer una Delegación a la Cuenta Comunitaria con el mismo monto que por error de vosotros le transfiero a Luimer. Y pagar en cuotas y el monto del error cometido.
La delegación les permitiría seguir funcionando con Poder de Voto. Le permitiría a Luimer no hacer un Apagado abrupto de su cuenta individual.
El peso del problema no puede recaer en la cuenta de Luimer. Hay que asumir la responsabilidad de la equivocacion y no afectar a un buen usuario.

If she could withdraw from vesting about 5k steem in a couple of months back, why is this request becoming too much of a thing?.

How about the one who made the mistake going in power down?
How about all adms and mods giving their Steem?
How about she delegates that amount?
Why should she put Hase Steem and pay you back? This sounds like a big scam. The same scam they warn is for if people ask us to use our debit card or bankaccount to transfer an amount to.
There are plenty of other options. You forget that you made this mistake and she can refuse to pay back.
