Speem SEC-S32W5: A tutorial "How to Stay Fit"

Dear Steemians,

I am sharing a tutorial by starting my morning with biking in a park away from my home. I am not that young any more so biking doesn't match my breath that steady.

After biking I came back home, and started Nordic stick walk. First I checked my posture, shoulders, back, and everything is in right position.

These stick poles are available on and offline in different size and price range.

The Nordic walk is, poles in my hands, long confident strides, hips rotating just enough to recruit my stomach docent hurt. I asked my wife to shoot me walking.

I myself walk normally but to show how seniors can push lengthening their steps taking stress off their knees, at easy pace to avoid strain.

Make sure while walking with poles one should stand tall, shoulders relaxed, and hold poles at wrist level, elbows slightly bent.

Your weight heel to toe, plant poles opposite your front foot, push back with each pole to engage core and your glute.

Keep a normal pace, natural arm swing, and steady breathing with light stretches for supporting calves and shoulders.

Good for all ages especially for seniors.
