On a socially charged evening, I attended a meeting with members of the P2G (Public Workers Association) and community leaders at the Gampong Blang village hall. This meeting was held as part of preparations for the formation of the organizing committee for the upcoming village head election. It also discussed various important matters to ensure the entire election process runs smoothly, orderly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

The meeting began with an opening statement and an explanation of the objectives of the meeting. P2G members and community leaders attended enthusiastically, demonstrating their concern and shared responsibility for the future of our village. In an orderly and respectful atmosphere, each participant was given the opportunity to express their opinions, input, and suggestions regarding the formation of the organizing committee. The discussion proceeded well, reflecting the spirit of democracy and togetherness that has long been a part of the community's culture.

One of the main points discussed was determining the structure of the village head organizing committee.
