I walk near an old powder magazine

Today something a little special, for a long time I knew about the existence of an ancient military powder magazine that was part of the military reserves on the Berici Hills near Orgiano in the province of Vicenza, so I wanted to go and see if it was possible to enter this area and maybe take some photos so I took the path that comes closest to this place.

but unfortunately, I immediately realized that it is not yet possible to enter this place because it is probably still controlled. However, it is a former military structure that was used for the storage of ammunition during the Cold War, it seems that it has been in disuse since 1980. But it still remains inaccessible. However, the thing I discovered is that nearby there is a beautiful path that gives you the opportunity to admire a beautiful panorama of the entire area surrounding the Berici Hills.
Unfortunately it is a shame that these places remain in these conditions and are not recovered.

There is also a sort of gazebo, with benches from which you can see a beautiful panorama and then also rest and maybe even have a snack.

the path that winds from near this Polveriera is easy to do and is about 10 km long and practically starts from the Church of Orgiano and then always returns to that point. In fact it is a circular tour, unfortunately some parts of the path were not so practicable because it had rained recently and therefore you need to equip yourself a bit. In fact at a certain point I went back because I could not go any further and I risked getting dirty.
