Good day steemians!

Its been two weeks already since the government officials opened the Kadaugan sa Mactan Food Festival. As I've said on my previous entry that Kadaugan of Mactan or also known as Victory of Mactan/Battle of Mactan Reenactment will happen this April 21. And the first day of the month starts the celebration and there were lots of activities happen in Mactan Shrine where the statue of our first Filipino Hero-Lapu-Lapu is located.

In the said celebration, not only food stall were therr but there were other activities. There were photo booth, the famous turning video, concert, singing and dancing contest and a lot more. To sum up, today's kadaugan sa mactan is very amazing. And in my entire stay here in Lapu-Lapu, this year's kadaugan I was able to stroll around the shrine and have fun.

While waiting for our order, we tried to find a vacant table where we can eat. And we stayed standing for half an hour looking for eat because of too many people were there.

And here we ate with our happy faces. We enjoyed our simple dinner.

We ordered combo rice meals for two... I ordered two pcs chicken with frice, rice and drinks. My hubby's choice is 2 pcs burger steak with egg, rice and drinks. We paid Php300 for our two orders and we added one extra rice for Matheena for Php25.

We also ordered 2 cups of mango graham shake for Php140.

After we had our dinner, we enjoy the ambiance. We just sitted were we eat and ordered some finger foods.

To enjoy the moment, after we eat we went to an open area where the kids can run and play. There, Matheena bought a toy and enjoy playing with the other kids.

We went there around 8 in the evening and went home almost 1pm.
