Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, doing well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today I will talk to you about a hotel that is not very beautiful, flashy, or bright. However, the name of this hotel has become so well-known that everyone in the entire district and nearby areas knows it. The sole reason for this is the quality of its food. It is located in Enayetpur Thana, Sirajganj district, next to the Beribad River.

For quite some time, I have been hearing discussions about Golam Hotel on Facebook, and there has been a lot of promotion in the media. That's why I went there with my bike. Well, this shop is located in a place that is beside a small road next to the river. Additionally, there is an Enayetpur Hospital, which is a well-known hospital in Bangladesh. All these people, including tourists who come from far and wide, come here with their bikes to have food. The environment is unpleasant, and due to the large number of visitors, it becomes very difficult to find a place to sit.
Diners are eating at a table with chairs just like this.
Countless people have come to eat; some are eating while others are standing, waiting for a seat.
This Golam hotel is so popular that people come from far and wide. According to the information I gathered, every day about two 'mon' of beef are cooked here, which is approximately 80 kilograms, though this can vary slightly. From what I observed, a large quantity is prepared. The cooking is done right in front of us, similar to how it is done at wedding ceremonies. During this process, they prepare the food while ensuring cleanliness with paper coverings to prevent any contaminants. They cook in an open area, and once the cooking is finished, the food is taken to the shop. The cooking is done in front of the shop.
The hotel staff and chefs are busy with cooking.
I said that almost everyone knows about this hotel. That's why people come from far and wide with bikes just like me, and they come for various reasons, and those who come to the hospital come here too. You can come at any time, but from noon to evening, you will get the freshest food. There is no separate parking facility at this hotel since there is no arrangement for rooms. However, there is a garden with plants along the road and beneath the breakfast area, and various vehicles park by the roadside where people eat here.
There is no parking facility; parking is available on the roadside.
Alright, roughly I have discussed a bit about this hotel and I am mentioning another point that around 15 to 20 employees work here. And the person named Golam, he also works here himself. Alright, so let's discuss something about the food. Primarily, this hotel has been named, promoted, and has maintained its reputation for the quality of its food. Here, you can find beef, goat meat, and various types of river fish. From what I have gathered, the river fish here are very fine, and shrimp or other river fish are very well known.

I couldn't show you a picture of what I ate here, do you know why? The reason was that it was so crowded, and it was very difficult to eat there. I didn't even get a chance to take out my phone to take a picture. Anyway, I have a suggestion or a complaint: this room should definitely be beautified. Since the quality of the food is good, I hope the condition of the room and the environment will also be very nice.
Bismillah! @memamun, what a fantastic post! Your review of Golam Hotel is incredibly engaging. I love how you highlighted its popularity despite its humble appearance - that speaks volumes about the quality of the food! The photos of the bustling crowds and the cooking process really bring the experience to life.
The inclusion of the price list in both BDT and Steem is also super helpful for anyone planning a visit (or dreaming of one!). It's great to see how a local gem can attract so much attention. I am definitely intrigued by the river fish, especially the Hilsa!
