in Traveling Steem17 days ago

Assalamu Alaikum to all my dear Steam friends. How are you all, I hope you are well. Today I have come to present you with a wonderful Bhapa Pitha. Earlier in a post I had shared the recipe for Bhapa Pitha with you. But the previous measured pitha was white Bhapa Pitha with jaggery and coconut in it. Today's is also Bhapa Pitha but today's is made by mixing gur and coconut together and then making the pitha. Today I will share with you the ingredients for making hot Bhapa Pitha in winter evenings. I make all these wonderful and interesting dishes or pithas in my free time. I always try to come up with something new in front of you, that is, on the Steemit platform. Now I have presented all the steps for making my Bhapa Pitha.

The ingredients needed to make my Bhapa Pitha.

  • Rice powder
  • Coconut
  • Salt
  • Date jaggery
Step 1

First I took two to three kg of boiled rice. That is, the rice with which we cook rice. And then I cleaned the rice very well with water. And then I brought the rice from the market and ground it into a paste using a machine.

Step 2

And then since it is winter now. Date juice is available in the morning of winter. And that juice is made into jaggery by burning it. And this date jaggery is available in winter. And this winter we are in a rush to eat pitha. And we bought 3 kg of date jaggery to make pitha.

Step 3

And then I got a steamed pitha making tool. And I put a big size pan in the earthen stove. And then I put the pitha making tool. And I mixed some flour and put it around it so that it could not come from outside when I thought it was hot. And in another pan I took some grated coconut.

Step 4

And then I took rice powder, salt and date jaggery in a pan. And I took a little water in small quantity. And I kneaded it very well and mixed it. And then I sifted the rice grains very well with the help of a pestle and mortar.

Step 5

And then I mixed the sifted rice grains with coconut milk and then I put each pitha in the oven and after seven to eight minutes I took out the pitha.

Step 6

And then I broke a pitha from the middle. And the pitha is the same all around and very sweet. The pitha is very tasty to eat. And the color of the pitha is very beautiful.

Following the above 6 steps, I made today's wonderful and delicious pitha. Today's pitha is called Bhapa pitha. I made this pitha with some ingredients available at home. Any handmade pitha or any food is made very cleanly, that's why small children eat these foods and they don't have any problems. That's why we will try to make it at home instead of buying anything from outside. These pitha can be kept at home and eaten for two-three days. But it is more fun to eat the pitha hot in the winter morning or evening. You can try making the pitha at your home. You will all like this wonderful pitha. And this pitha is also very delicious to eat. And this steamed pitha is also available to buy in the market.
