My Recent Visit To IDB Bhaban In Agargaon Dhaka

This was not my first time when I went there in IDB Bhaban. This is the place where from I take all kind of tech services. Recently I went there without any plan as suddenly my laptop switched windows 11 to Windows 10. I was confused and couldn't find the reason behind it.

As always I contact Ryan Computers for solution and they suggest me to visit them asap. It was their last office day before they closed for festival so I was in rush to go there to take the service. It was already 3:30 pm and they will close at 8pm. If I went there via bus then I would missed the service as our traffic jam is terrific. So I got an idea to reach there faster.

It was unplanned so my purse was empty, I went to the nearest ATM booth and withdraw 500 taka note from there. I start walking to reach the nearest metro rail station to go Agargaon in Dhaka. Metro rail is safer and time saver as there is no jam but yes we need to wait for collecting ticket and there people flock is common.

The ticket provider automated machine was refusing my money so a good man there helped me having the change of 500tk note. After trying three times finally I get my ticket. A nice lady helped me standing inside the train safely and she was also guided me the right path to stand and go. I thanked her when left the train.

After reaching Agargaon I started walking to the wrong direction as I went there first time using train and I went there before using bus. After walking 5-10 minutes I asked a person for direction and he let me know that I was in wrong direction and right direction can be found after crossing the road.

Finally I got the right path and walked towards it. After reaching there I saw IDB Bhaban was well decorated for upcoming Eid and Bangla new year festivals. There are many tech company offered price discounts on electronic gadgets. I took some photos and video short when I was done with my laptop servicing.

A tech expert switched my windows 10 to windows 11 and I asked him how he did it and he taught me the process. I asked him why suddenly my laptop program changed and he let me know that windows 10 is saved in my hard drive of laptop and windows 11 is saved in SSD and it was switched.

They will shut down their office and they all were busy for evening prayer call. I need to delete windows 10 from my hard disk of laptop but they told me that will take time and I have to go there someday in the early morning to get the service as the process will take time. They will re open their service after festival on 15th of the month.

When I was done and leaving IDB Bhaban I took selfie and some photos for this blog. I went to my favorite restaurant there to have a burger but unfortunately it was closed! I felt relax so I came back via bus and joined iftar arrangement of the hostel where there I checked out before festival.

IDB Bhaban is one of my most favorite place to go because I have interest in tech and that building is full of technology services. Sunday is their weekly off day so before going there I must check the day. I often have coffee there but this time I couldn't find any as I was in hurry too. I had a plate of yummy iftar from the hostel and I enjoyed my journey via bus and train both in a day.
