This is not a sensible answer.
The content and rules of the competition are also clear. The first 4 people who make the most Steem power will receive a prize.

People who already do Steem Power Up are already supported. Because he is the best Steemian. He gives strength and patience to be supported, eventually his value is understood on the platform.
